An unusual pixel project that will impress fans of detective stories with a twisted plot. Interesting puzzles and attractive visual game play. I like!

the game is really fun the puzzles are good id say for the price you get a good game. my only issue is the casino part which i had to look up, in the future id reccomend hinting at what is supposed to be done but that it everything else is smooth sailing pun intended

Short, but fun little indie horror/puzzle game with a nice art style. Features a handful of puzzles, out of which only one was a little bit exagerated in my opinion. You better know how to play piano, check some tutorial on the internet, or my video below for the solutions. If you're good at puzzles (and know piano notes) you can probably finish it in around 1 hour. Let's Play/Walkthrough: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OrKGGPw0zzg

The game has a very good plot, though I've been through it a bit, it's worth the money.

Never go on the maiden or final voyage of a cruise ship as they are invariably cursed. This is the story of a guy trapped on an ocean liner called The Sea Of Dreams whose final voyage has not gone to plan (to put it mildly). Despite being Unity made not RPG Maker the game plays like classic RPG Maker horror titles such as Ib etc.. , it's a good enough visual aesthetic and does the job just fine. The games sound is just kinda there and unremarkable, it's not awful but it simply does the job without standing out. The main gameplay of this title is puzzle solving. You must roam the corridors of the ship, solve puzzles and put things together to try and escape your fate on this doomed vessel. Most of the puzzles were fine and made sense with only one really gave me trouble. However I will warn people one puzzle requires you to know the notes on a piano by heart, which not everyone will (I did so it was easy). I rarely felt lost and everything flowed together nicely here with it being clear where to go, what to do and which puzzle to solve next. The game does have some sections where you must "stealth" past enemies walking pre-set paths without touching them. It doesn't matter if your seen but you must simply avoid the enemies. My only real gripe with this section was the enemy hit boxes seemed massive sometimes and I died (one hit kill) simply from the enemy being quite a way from me. It's ultimately fairly forgiving though with a good checkpoint to reattempt so I don't have too much of an issue here. Overall Sea Of Dreams is a short but good little horror adventure, the games story is fine but the ending is pretty bad and doesn't really wrap things up well. That said for the price and due to the overall quality being decent, I'll give this one a recommend for fans of the old school RPG Maker style horrors.
