I am about 7 hours in at this point and I love it so far. That being said, there are a few things that are bothering me. To start, my game has glitched and Stanley no longer comes to empty my shipping box in the evening. My pointer disappears randomly and there are tip banners that I have yet to figure out how to remove. When they pop up I can't complete an action. Example: I want to fill my water can but there is a pop up that says refill water can here and won't let me refill the water can. Those issues aside, the game is incredibly detailed! There are so many items, it's wild. I love the challenge of the soil, I love that there's no instructions and you have to figure it out on your own. The art is lovely and I love that it's 2.5D, not quite 2D and not quite 3D but right in the middle. 31 romancable characters and 50 characters total is CRAZY. It also breaks the third wall quite often and I'm loving every minute of it. Despite the glitches I mentioned about, I am enjoying the game. It feels finished and I'm excited to see what they do with it in the future!

Likable character design, nice graphics, thats my only positive comment.. intro was odd.. you froze in a cave when the townfolk find you, though your character model isn't there when that happens (at least not for me?), so it kinda seems like the town is just talking to themselves playing make belief for a bit. You're given a dog immediately and not explained why till l later on, just kinda odd. Town is pretty deserted most of the time, most places feel lonely. Or rather, the nice designs are overly large only to fit one, maybe 2 npcs in the corner. it does too much and too little at the same time with size/ratio. feels kinda like when kids play with rpgmaker, get excited, and make lotsa empty space wish i had access to the camera controls before the game started. When starting the game i felt like my face was shoved face first into the game without option to adjust till later. Game keeps talking about fast traveling, though there's no tutorial on it. Clicking the map does nothing. Completely lost on fast traveling. No matter how much you adjust the screen dimensions, the tool bar/stats bar stays the same size. This can't be adjusted. This works against itself when the screen is constantly bombarding you in new things to read that'll disappear before you're finished reading half the screen. It honestly feels more like those mid 2000s downloadable toolbars that clog your screen. Text speed can't be adjusted, so i'm always left sitting reading at turtle pace scared to press anything, lest i miss important dialogue from itchy trigger fingers. The characters dialogue seems, that like the characters, is 2 dimensional. Feels like they're only thinking out loud to themselves rather than talking to you 90% of the time. And even then, they're only half complete thoughts. if it's not about an in game mechanic or mission, the dialogue is simply... there. kinda like how there's a kid in pokemon who tells you they like shorts. not sure what i'll do with that info but ok... Hoping more dialogue gets added to hold the weight of the characters. i'll keep playing for a bit to hopefully have this game grow on me, though my patience is starting to fade fast with this one...

The controls to do things are a source of confusion but it's a fun little game.

Okay this is a hard one. Like If you like farming games for the FARMING in them, this is an OKAY game. But honestly- whyyyy so many types of EVERYTHING. I don't get it. Okay? you want to confuse the hell out of players? Okay got that. Want to waste all the inventory space with garbage? GOT IT! It just makes no freaking sense to me. I like the soil mechanics but really. Like 50 different types of rocks? Okay.... I do really like the START CUTSCENE buttons tho- it actually gives you a pop up to start special cutscenes! so If your on a mission doing your own thing, you won't be bombarded with trash quests while your doing your thing. I like that you can have an animal follow you, and I like the card system, and even the art style- but fr... TOOO MANY TYPES of EVERYTHING.
