such a stupid game... the tutorial won't even let me complete it. It had me craft a wood sledgehammer, but then even when I equipped it, it wouldn't actually let me use it, no matter how many options and actions I used. And even with the sledgehammer in my hand, if I tried to use combat controls, the dude would just punch, despite having a sledgehammer in his hand... it makes zero sense.
Not gonna bother with a game who can't even figure out some practical controls, let alone an intuitive tutorial.... SMH

The game begins with you waking up in an unknown place (a quarantined city). A stranger has saved you, and now wants some favour in return.
At a first sight, it may look like a typical survival game: gathering resources, crafting, hunting animals, trading and so on. That part is really detailed, and at least initially you will spend a lot of time caring about your basic survival needs.
Initially, I did a playthrough where I did my best to stick to the rules, like not doing anything illegal, behave well with everyone and... it was OK. Then I did another playthrough where I did the opposite: killing, trespassing, stealing and such. And boy, it was fun, and let me see a lot of content that I missed with the first playthrough.
I had an enjoyable experience so far, but I think it would be great if the game tried to push you more towards "breaking the rules" of the society , or making morally hard choices.

Cute game with a nice apocalyptic, russian-inspired aesthetic. I love how people react and comment on the things you do, such as running or drinking; it helps at making the world feel more alive. I think that it is currently a bit dispersive and unclear in certain dynamics (for example, I entered in an unauthorized place, but the owner opened the door for me - I interpreted that as an invite... It wasn't, and now the bartended is pissed at me :( ), but since it's early access it probably will improve in the future. But overall I think that the atmosphere is really spot on.

This is a fun and beautiful game. There is not a lot of hand holding or guidance though so dont expect it. I am still getting into it and it has its bugs/issues but seems to be cared for by the devs. If you like this style of game, I recommend giving it a shot.
