Half second delay for normal attacks, 1 second delay for strong attacks. It's like playing with 400 ping but in single player mode. Some characters can throw a fireballs and jump at you almost at the same time with no cooldown. You can jump a fireball before thay throw it and they still throw a shoryuken at the same time. Sometimes the AI decides to stand still and they lose to crouching kicks. Jumping attacks seem useless as you have to perfectly time them adding the 1 second delay for jumping strong attacks becuase jumping weak attacks are useless they have no hitbox at all, the jumping strong attack sometimes has hitbox so you can sometimes hit them. After landing jumping attacks you have to land a strong attack but with the second delay it's almost impossible to time so it's better to just never use jumping attacks. Command grabs can't be jumped they teleport you inside them no matter what. Computer doesn't seem to be affected by any sort of stun even if you land a hit on them they can cancel your combo with any attack at any moment so it's always better to just pick morrigan and spamm firebals diagonally because you take more damage for landing normal attacks on them than them from tanking hits and stoping your combo with an ultimate. If the computer attacks, maybe a fireball or anything, it has that issue where you're forced to block so you can back off to calcualte a jump over the firebal nope you either block it or neutral jump or jump forward, as long as there is any fireball on screen you can't walk backwards because you stuck in the block animation. Whenever you try to jump+ fireball the computer can use one of the super powers to cancel your inputs, yes whenever the computer uses any of their super powers all your inputs are disabled for a second so it cancels your jumping fireball and you always end up jumping into their power. There are many other issues but there is no point to list, with all this crap you better playing any nes fighting game that feels superior. Worst of all you forced to play in an extremelly small window.

Other great port from CodeMystics, Many of us didn't have a Neo Geo pocket to have fun with this game, as a portable game it did his job with many options for arcade singleplay. Unlock new characters to play is more easy than the original game and I really liked the roster in general BB hood from darkstalkers and Akari from the Last blade were big suprises. Don't be fooled by negative reviews, the "input lag" is intentional to make the difference between weak and strong attack after all it has only 2 action buttons. The plus from this version is the local multiplay and you can play "online" using remote play together from Steam to play with friends.

In my opinion the best crossover between Capcom and SNK, CVS2 is more fun to play for the multiplayer aspect, since thats a 6 button traditional vs the two button style of SNK's other fighters on the NeoGeo Pocket but in-terms of celebrating both companies SVC is superior. You get a more varied roster here than the arcade version, featuring more obscure characters like BB Hood from Darkstalkers or Akari Ichijou from the Last Blade series. Unlike the arcade version, this also features various modes like a single player campaign where you upgrade characters with custom moves ala Super Smash Brothers Wii U, and several minigames featuring even more characters not see in the arcade version like Metal Slug or Ghost and Goblins.
