There is no such thing as a good or bad nation. Back then, it was "bad Germany"; now, it’s "bad Russia" or "bad Israel." One day, it could be "bad Palestine" or "bad Ukraine." The problem is not the people it is the selfish and wrong decisions made by leaders. I don't think anyone is purely bad, everyone just takes out their anger on what has been done to them. Just as trauma is passed down from generation to generation, and mentally disturbed parents create trauma in their children, nations behave the same way. They do what was done to them. Why? I don't know. As humans, we are very strange beings. We don’t have to love each other, but respect. Let’s not judge people for the race they were born into, something they never chose and were never asked about, whether they are white, black, or asian. Let’s not label people based on their religion, whether they are Jewish, Muslim, or Christian. Every person is unique, and we should treat them as such. You might notice patterns, but that doesn’t give any of us the right to be prejudiced. Because she/he might not be a part of it or might be thinking differently. How fair is it to hurt someone without even knowing them? Let’s not judge people for a historical past they had no part in. The only thing to be proud of or ashamed of is the choices a person makes, what they contribute to this world, or what they take away. I’m not saying we should live as brothers and sisters, but we should at least live, without ruining or taking another person’s life. The game lives up to its name, I am indeed torned away. I will just go cry in the corner and think about the real stories that we have never been told and buried with its people. I will blame myself for staying in a warm house with water and electricity and still being ungrateful for small things. Then after a week, I will probably keep ignoring world problems that I can do nothing about. Maybe volunteer at red crescent to ease my conscience and continue living on as if I do any good. Товарищ Миттен. You are the best comrade that one can ever have.
