Found it too boring compared to others in the genre.

Charming, but got terrible 3D visuals/graphics. "Your citizens are leaving" (when they need like 500 years to breed/immigrate), population stagnation and general traffic mayhem caused by leaving/not growing pops makes this "colony sim" utterly dislikeable. The visibility of roads is poor (especially dirt ones), and the UI overall rather lacking. Not enough layers/overlays, either... it is nicely simplified, but downsides way outweigh benefits, no fine-tuning, no control... Edit: oh, and also why are so many buildings squeezed in so few categories? It is so difficult to find anything, since their icons look very similar.

On the surface, this seems like another Banished clone, however it is far more simplistic and generic than Banished. This is both a plus and a minus. The plus is that it's more stable and much less taxing on system resources than Banished, which makes it easier to play on a lower spec system. The minus is that the supply chain system is almost comically simplified. Consider the Gathering hut. When placing the building, you can see how efficient the building will be based on where you place it, which is great. Once you place the building, that value is locked in - even if you cut down the forest all around that gathering hut, it will still produce goods at the same rate and quantity because the worker magically produces the goods in the building - they don't actually need to gather anything. This applies to every single resource building except the Forester hut, which actually has to cut down trees. Additionally, the fact that all the warehouse buildings are linked through some temporal rift makes things simpler but significantly less realistic. There's much less management you need to do, which may seem like a good thing, but also makes the game less fun for people who actually want to manage their cities. As an aside, one of my pet peeves about this game is the fact that workers won't get their own resources from the supply depots. They can be right next door to a depot, and just sit on their thumbs until a worker runs all the way across the map to get something from the depot for them. While this is a good game in that it works well, and has plenty of research and upgrades you can do, ultimately I'm disappointed by how simplistic it ended up being.
