Cute little game, though I'm not entirely sure if the jumping off of thin air is intended

I really liked this one! Its a short, fun, and intense experience that takes place into a huge and very much hungry machine.
The artstyle is pretty, the soundtrack atmospheric, and the gameplay although very basic (3 buttons: left, right, and jump) it won't prevent you from moving on the edge of your seat, as you progress towards the end game.
That being said the game took me 2 hours to complete, one playthrough. I still recommend it tho, as it was a fun ride and patiently waiting for its sequel.

Quick Description:
-System Purge is bite sized pixel art precision platformer that can be completed in under 2 hrs. As far as $5 games go, this one is pretty decent. It has some really creative use of environmental hazards, offers a good amount of challenge, and has some charm in it's silent protagonist. If you are a fan of precision platformers or rage games, you could do a lot worse than System Purge.
Consensus:
-Middle of the Road Game (Tier 4 and makes up 25% of my reviews). I noticed recently that the dev has a sequel in the works. That's something I will definitely keep an eye on. I would love to see more mechanics. There really aren't any mechanics in this game. Manipulating the environmental hazards to your advantage is the main hook in this game. It works well enough, but I think there is a lot of room for growth in a sequel. If you have $5 to spare, System Purge is fun challenge for an afternoon.
