This was one of my all time favorites on psvr, and I'm so happy that it made it to PC. It's a slightly clunky port, but it's 100% worth the ridiculously low asking price. Around 3-5 hours of a great single player narrative driven game. The lip-syncing is meh, but that's not a huge deal. The voice acting (apart from the MC...) is all great.
I would ask the devs, why did you take out the part where you use the crane to move the metal containers? I loved doing that on the psvr version and my heart sank a bit seeing it taken out!

Played on Quest 2.
An enjoyable VR Uncharted-like with a Z-movie plot sold at a bargain price given its 5 hours length.
The control scheme would have been better if it used the grab button but once you get used to it it's not really an issue.

I know that most of the negative reviews are mainly due to management and bugs. However, the latest patch corrected the situation.
I was complete that game on HTC Vive pro and this is one of the best game for VR

First of all I had VIVE controls in tutorial even though I use touch controlers. I also had no sound in game. Couldn't aim straight, my wrists had to be bent downwards A LOT. Looks like a cheap PS VR port, you navigate menu by looking at it, no use of your controlers. Couldn't change anything in menu at the start of tutorial because walls covered menu. Shake to reload?? If you port playstation VR game at least make use of those analog sticks and bumpers we have. It worked for quest 2 and virtual desktop if someone is still interedsted in this.

Plays like a console game in VR. Uncharted or maybe Metal Gear Snake eater. Got good voice acting too. Shootouts are fun. Nice weapon variety. Environmental damage makes the shootouts feel cinematic.

It's a good game with a great story but I wonder if there'll be a PART 2 SOON. The story has a little hot, a little creepy, some scary, crazy goodness, and a lot of intrigue, and thrill.

I can understand all these negative reviews. The controls aren't good, that's true. However, this game is very much in a playable state unlike some negative reviews are making this game sound like. I was able to play it comfortably and I had fun playing it. I completed the game on normal difficulty in about 5 hours.
I think the negative reviewers are treating this game like it was a $60 title. It's budget priced at only $13 (I paid slightly less than that on the Steam release sale). I think you're getting a steal at that price, even with the clunky controls. This is an action adventure shooter with high production values. It's got a story, VOs (some very quirky characters), several cinematic scenes, casual-style puzzles, and even some climbing.
The environments are varied. There's lots of little details around which make this an immersive experience. There's good pacing of shooting and other game mechanics with just enough story to keep you wondering what will happen next in this fantastical universe that has dragons and some scary creatures lurking about. You have lots of varied weapons from melee to molotov cocktails to AK47s to a nailgun and even a minigun.
Game is running on the Unity Engine. On my RTX 3080, I was getting 90 frames per second for the most part, but I did have several frame rate drops. You have full locomotion and smooth and snap turning options. I do recommend you use the leisure gesture mode otherwise the gun angle will be too high by default.
Like I said the controls aren't great. The shooting isn't the best because of the default gun angle being not quite right, plus it's shake to reload your weapon (which is very oudated now in VR). The puzzles are too easy and there's one that is repeated often where you just have to guide a ball through a maze, which is tedious. However, we just don't have many action-adventure games like this in VR, especially with these high-production values. At only $13 USD, you're getting a steal for the entertainment value.
Rate 7/10. You can trust my review or the negative reviewers on the buy recommendation. I think I got more than my money's worth in this game purchase.

I don't know how I initially missed this in March, but I'm glad I recently discovered this game. A high quality production with beautiful and immersive environments, excellent animation, an efficient soundtrack and good voice acting. The story is intriguing and there's a fair balance between exploration/narrative and action. It reminds me of an old-school fantasy adventure movie, and it's also got a bit of an Uncharted vibe (if you ever played those on Playstation). If you love VR and you can appreciate an adventure/action game even though gameplay is lineair (and a bit casual), then look no further.

When Immortal Legacy released on the PS4 I was excited. It looked like the Uncharted in VR game I'd been dreaming of, and to a surprising degree it was. The firefights, the story, the characters, while not the best were more than I had expected from a small developer.
The problem? The controls were atrocious!
Like, even by PSVR move controller standards. They ignored the established controls we'd all become used to for a game like this and instead opted to implement awkward, unnatural, and downright counter-intuitive button mapping. It was so bad that they ended up patching in more traditional Move controls due to consumer complaints.
Fast forward to today. I see Immortal Legacy listed on steam and think "OMG this is awesome!" I remembered liking the game on PSVR, but I had never finished it because (not the dev's fault) the PSVR's poor tracking for move controllers sucks the enjoyment out of it for me.
This game I so wanted to enjoy, now on PC where I can play it with the superb tracking of the Valve Index? SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!
The problem? The controls are atrocious!
The game is designed only for Vive wands, almost entirely ignoring the Valve Knuckles and the Oculus Touch controllers. The controls are so cryptic that I struggled with the tutorial when it came time to use a grenade (how do I throw you!?). The graphics, from what I've seen, have barely been touched.
This seems like a 1:1 port of the PSVR version with Vive controls slapped on top, I'm thinking because Vive wands are similar enough to PS Move controllers that they thought they could get away with doing less work. I cannot and will not support such a lazy effort.
SHUT UP AND REFUND MY MONEY!

OK I just finished this game on the Oculus Quest 2.... This game is "Bad" ( almost "ANTHEM" bad)
1. Controls even though I got them to work with the touch controllers, were difficult. I would suggest going into control scheme to which button does what. (will help you out a lot)
2. Aiming was terrible, You have to hold the controls in the most awkward way just to aim, also including your elbow getting in way of your line of sight while you aim.
3. The Story....bro that was awful, I don't want to spoil it, but it Bad, really bad
I Really want to see what playstation gave this game as a score, because I honestly regret giving this game my money.
