Walking sim with some puzzles you work out from the story, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Probably the best find I encountered in years. It's always the fucking indie games man. Always.

This is a great game, the story strings along through different points in time, and makes it like your piecing together your memories in order to understand what happened in the main characters life. The puzzles are interesting as well and actually bit difficult at times.

I'll happily admit that I'm a narrative first game player. I'm here for the story--but that doesn't mean I don't want a game to be interesting (looking at you, pure walking sims). For me, The Gap had a solid mix of what I like. It was interactive and puzzling enough that I wanted to keep going, I wanted to understand the story, I wanted to keep discovering things. You're dropped in pretty blind. I don't really remember the beginning exposition so I'm going to assume that it was pretty limited. You get some basic (BASIC) idea that you're looking for...stuff...and then you start discovering how to move around and what these things mean. I'm not a fast game player (I like to find all the stuff and I don't like to use help unless I have to) and I finished it in a few hours. Overall, very pretty, very interesting, pretty unique. Enjoy!

This game is so frigging bland, all of it: characters, locations, the story. For all pumpkin latte fans out there.
