Very cool game. Me and my friend have skill issue. 8-11 hour long but took us double that.

If you make a boss fight that takes forever to restart, relies on RNG to get lucky to beat and involves waiting for slow ass pawns to cross the board before it can even start - then it doesn't matter what good will you might have earned at that point, it's all gone and your game sucks.

This is hand down my favorite addition to my Rage Game collection. Prepare your B-holes friends you're going to be puckered up tighter than a crab

A very fun game that felt like walking through a nature lover's art project. I enjoyed the setting and the story of the game a lot. Gameplay wise, most of the bosses were fun to fight, if not particularly difficult, and the great art style made them really stand out. A few bosses had gimmicks that failed to land (the Abysm in particular for me), but the biggest thing was that a lot of them felt like they had too little HP, particularly the earlier ones. I skipped out on upgrading my weapon because I often felt like I was speeding through the fights before I could enjoy them. Still, a pretty fun game that's definitely worth a try.

Played it with my friend co-op, really cool experience if you're looking for a fun boss rush souls-like with fun bosses.

Fun game! A proper soulslike where you and your friend only have 1 health. I played with my brother, and had a blast the full way through. There was only one boss that I didn't really like, but out of the 15 or so, it is a net positive. The only con is that there is no map feature unless you are in the hub, and with the amount of backtracking and going to old areas you have to do, it makes it annoying to go around and remember where you had to go to find certain doors and such. If you like hollow knight or any fromsoft game, you'll probably like this!

This was an amazing game. it deserves to be more popular then it is. I did co-op with a buddy of mine and the difficulties we came across and how angry we would get fighting just to say at the end of the fight that was awesome is truly a testament to how well the bosses are laid. Fantastic game and recommend it to everybody

What an incredible game, loved every minute of it. from the visuals, to the sound design, to the gameplay, all of it was excellent.
Definitely a very unique experience that I recommend everyone try. It's a shame it didn't sell better, but I hope Gardenfiend continues to make games like this nonetheless.
Very much worth it.
Pros:
✔️ Visuals are amazing in it's dark and obscure beauty
✔️ Most music themes are simply BANGERS
✔️ All bosses have unique mechanics, it is really fun to desypher them
✔️ This game has co-op option, now you don't need to suffer all alone
Cons:
❌ Whoever designed Chess battle and the Final boss deserve their special place in hell tbh. It is nothing but boring, irritating and exhausting experience. Both are so damn random, so your skill does not matter at all, and you can only count on pure luck. These two bosses have ruined the whole impression of this game.
Yet I will still give this game my thumbs up (despite this great desappointment), cause overall I still really enjoyed this little challenging journey
