Simply put, combat doesn't feel good. I recently picked up the original Nimbus, I don't love it, but it is a bit better.

I bought this on Early Access and waited a couple years. The last update was 6 months ago so I decided to finally play it, and it's a straight downgrade from its predecessor. It suffers from poor performance while not looking particularly great, crashes, and I've found some game-breaking bugs. The gameplay doesn't feel quite as good as the previous game either. I hope they polish their next games more, if further work on this one isn't possible. It's okay to have a lower scoped game if the execution is polished.
For reference, the game-braking bugs I found were:
1) Skipping the briefing on Mission 8 would take me back to Mission 2 instead of the correct one
2) Mission 9 got stuck without updating the objective after the first was completed, so I was soft-locked. Retried the mission multiple times and the only way I got it to work was by closing and opening the game again.
