highly recommend. very fun tribute to old school zelda. so much dialogue is hella funny, and if not funny, then incredibly charming. music whips. controls are responsive as hell, maybe to a slight detriment. UI navigation is kinda strange but you'll live. hitboxes are kinda weird but again, you'll live. 10/10 can't wait for the dev's next game (tombwater).
i love finding a game that makes me go "holy shit, this was made by one dude?" making a game is easy (stay with me here)—making a [i]good[/i] game is unbelievably hard, so it's doubly impressive to me that this one is both good and made by one dude.
if you're in the market for a solid zelda-like, or a prime example of indies still being where creativity goes to thrive, get this one. be pleasantly surprised and endlessly charmed by how much love and hard work was put into this, and be kind enough to see past its admittedly minor flaws long enough to find the insane quality and goodness of this game.

I was really interested in playing this game, however the movement is super clunky and enemies knock you into the water which then causes you to lose health. Even if you save and try to move away from the enemy, it will keep knocking you into the water over and over again. The movements are terrible, you have to be mindful of every step. The menu has terrible placement as well.
