A fecal result of a defecation.
This abomination of a game has lgbt propaganda.
For instance, it gives you an option to create a character having a "third gender" called "x".
Game positions itself as kid-friendly but yet promotes degeneracy (lgbt).
They had time to add some nonsense, pseudoscience and politics into the game, but didn't have time to make this game worth playing.
Graphics are ugly.
Controls are clunky and unresponsive.
The controls / movement / animations are sluggish that I'm shocked to see spyro does leagues of a better job than this.
There is an an absurd amount of unskippable repetitive cutscene and task related animations, as well.
Characters are ugly and have dumb and annoying personalities.
No voice acting, they used non-existent language and just some gibberish.
Dialogues are unskippable, long, bland, and usually irrelevant.
Shallow and overly-kid friendly dialogue.
Gameplay is atrocious, repetitive and boring.
The gameplay is underwhelming and tedious.
It honestly feels like playing Farmville on og Facebook or a clicker phone app, but with the added irritation of having to run all around a small area yourself and click a button 2-6 times to scroll through to the tool you want for every single step of a task. I believe in giving things a fair chance, but there is absolutely nothing this game is offering to me that I can use to persuade myself into putting time into it.
The most important thing - you are pushed to do the repetitve work.
They could give us couple of chores to do as a tutorial and let us plant 200 seeds if we want.
The developer is probably (he sure is) a degenerate, who doesn't understand laws of nature, physics and semantics.
In other words, this game is garbage.

Only 3 hours in so far but I am enjoying it so far.
I see a few describe it as repetitive and I can see the point, but to me that's part of what I like about these kind of games. Plus there are plenty of areas to explore, activities to break up the routine. If you're finding it repetitive there's something else you can go be doing!
The art is colourful and cosy and that vibe continues throughout with the gameplay and music as well.
This isn't some adrenaline fuelled adventure or race against the clock. It's a cosy, peaceful game about restoring a world through growing things, fishing, bug catching and doing other tasks and it does that wonderfully.
The characters we've met so far are adorable and their interactions are both heartwarming and at times funny.
We're only 3 hours in but it feels like a game I'm going to be coming back to whenever we need a peaceful world to escape in and feel like we're making things better.
Exactly the kind of cosy, peaceful game I love to find.

I really enjoy this game.
It's the game that i went to for a good couple of weeks to calm my mind.
I wasn't interested in the story line and there is no voice acting but what still keeps me hooked is the world seeds. I keep wanting to experiment different combinations and see what trees, critters, colours i will come up with.
I love it!
The combinations are endless, the villagers are fun to play with and like the name says, it centers on you growing things and experimenting.

I'm really enjoying this game! I can see potential to play for many hours. I like that it's a slightly different concept to what I've played before in similar games, and find it very peaceful and satisfying. It's really fun creating the new biomes and seeing what resources, critters etc. arrive from your conconction! Being able to control who lives and works where is fun too :) A pleasant surprise!

One of the best cozy games out there. Adorable story, wonderful gameplay, very relaxing and low stakes, really cute characters. I keep coming back to it when I want to relax, water a garden and cuddle some cute creatures

This is one of the most MAGICAL games I've ever played. Watching things sprout and grow around you is a complete delight. The characters are quirky, but not super deep and it's weird how the "romance" aspect sort of sneaks up on you, but I think that is my only (along with some minor glitches, which is helped by learning to save often...) gripe.

This game is a lot of fun. There is a lot going on here. It's a cozy feel good game. Highly recommend as it is on sale. It's very well done, voiced and relaxing. There is a whole section of town management as well on top where you can go be creative is laying out your villages. I consider more of a zen sort of farming game. You basically create procedural worlds through alchemy and clean them up. Each world yields certain resources. Those resources are used to cleanse the town below that you help build back.

Grow: Song of the Evertree offers a beautifully crafted and highly optimized experience, blending world-building, exploration, and light management mechanics. With its vibrant visuals, relaxing yet engaging gameplay, and seamless performance, it provides a compelling option for those seeking a peaceful and immersive adventure.
Strengths:
Exceptional Visuals – The world is richly detailed, colorful, and beautifully designed.
Relaxing Yet Addictive Gameplay – A stress-free blend of gardening, town-building, and exploration that keeps players engaged for hours.
Outstanding Optimization – Runs smoothly with excellent performance across different hardware.
Engaging Soundtrack – The music and sound design enhance the serene atmosphere.
Unique World-Growth System – Creating and shaping different biomes adds variety and replayability.
Areas for Improvement:
Shallow Narrative – While charming, the story lacks depth and emotional impact.
Repetitive Tasks – Activities like resource gathering and maintenance can become monotonous over time.
Limited Character Customization – Gender and voice selections cannot be changed mid-game, requiring a full restart if a mistake is made.
Lack of Gameplay Complexity – The mechanics are accessible but may not appeal to those seeking deeper strategic elements.
Restricted Town Customization – While town-building is enjoyable, options for modifying structures and layouts feel somewhat constrained.
Final Assessment:
Grow: Song of the Evertree excels in creating a visually stunning, technically polished, and addictive experience. However, the inability to modify character settings mid-game and some repetitive gameplay elements may hinder long-term engagement. Despite these drawbacks, its beautiful world, smooth performance, and calming yet engaging mechanics make it a strong choice for players looking for a peaceful, creative escape.
