Visually the game is beautiful, I really enjoyed the cheesy b-movie sci fi cut scenes which are pretty extensive. Game is fun and about the right difficulty if you are not amazing at shmups. Probably could use a harder difficulty for a 2nd playthrough but it's a great game!
