Very disappointed.

Best train game

It is a fun Game, I enjoyed playing it.

I've played 7.5 hours at the time of writing this. I bought the game 7.75 hours ago. So yes, I like it.

I think this game is excellent to play, good multiple industry game. i only did a few tutorial examples to get the idea on how to play. Then I generated a map and off I went delivering all manner of products to a town,city, then a metropolis

It's a casual railroad builder. I got it on sale and I've more than gotten my money out of it already. It's fun. I like how it introduces new mechanics and situations in an easy learning curve. This is not a tycoon game, as others have pointed out, but if you want to play with trains for a few hours without too much commitment, this is your game.

If you like building goods-in-out automation paths, you'll most likely enjoy this Railgrade. Quite accessible and relaxed play-style with enough goals and challenges along the way. You can see it's been lovingly crafted, and will scratch that industrial itch you might have! The "level by level, puzzle by puzzle" gameplay wasn't exactly what I was expecting. and although it doesn't detract from the overall game, I was looking for something a little bit different.

Its a Fun game. Although i feel like the tracks arent as forgiving when trying to build at different heights. Early on this is a problem since a lot of things are locked and the height ceiling isnt very high, you do unlock things as you progress in the game. Someone mentioned its a puzzle game and it sure as hell feels that way. You have limited resources as well as cash on hand, the timer really made it hard. I am glad that i believe they added where you can still pass it with a rank A without the timer and that really made the game more fun to me. Of course you lose Rank S which is the top tier but i like that you toggle that on or off and thus far ive left the timer off. Because honestly with everything else going in the game between resources, money, managing train on the line, getting resources to the correct locations. Eventually if you dont plan ahead you might end up losing money. I though going thermal for my energy needs would save me but it ended up costing me to the point where i had to reset the region and start over since i was negative money and the bank wouldnt lend me any more money. So its a lot of planning and figuring out what works on the map, and each map is different. I dont remember how much i paid for this game but so far its been a lot of fun. And thats why i think this game is worth it, career has a lot to do and im only about 27% done with it and already have a lot time in game. One thing that i think would be awesome, is if the story allowed you too keep playing the mission your on even after finishing the task that was needed... i some times want too keep going.

I am a big fan of factory automation games but this plays more like a puzzle game than a typical automation game and I just didn't enjoy the handful of hours I spent playing it.
