Early review, did not finish game yet. So far, not. TLDR, Bad. 7/10
The combat is very meh with a mix of bad, I do not enjoy getting swarmed but can only attack one enemy at a time, for now the game gets a pass since you have the option to turn off respawns or respawn at will via a sleeping bag.
The health and stamina are also the worst. You,re at the mercy of slightly less slow recovery via food items. Lame, but it too gets a pass if you decide to return to base for crafting as they slowly recover or maybe recover a percentage via the sleeping bag.
Crafting isn't bad, the higher an item tier is, the long it takes to craft. Eventually gets complicated, wait until you reach steel. The grind picks up and only get grindier the further you go.
Foods are a selling point for me if they come with perks, i.e. damage bonus or movement speed. I am not seeing that yet. Also not yummy or satisfying as it is in Valheim. Very annoying that food isn't on the hotbar, though i hadn't attempted it yet. Makes boss fight a drag.
Character customization is another selling point for me, its very bare bones but you do get a color slider for hair and skin. Also, why is the character model in his/her underwear when armor is equipped?
This is an older game seeing that its last activity in Steam is from over a year ago at the time of my review. This game is something new for me to do now that I am post surgery and have time to kill. I do not think this game will be worth replaying once I complete it... I've been ruined by dribble fed content.

played the first game and loved it. Playing this game its nothing but like 5 times the grind for no reason. I've played the hours in this game and just got flat tired of the unnecessary grinding.
