Figure Bug Butcher but top down 3D instead of side scroll. Good game, great graphics, and no lag what so ever. Especially with the final fight of swapping between light and dark setting (will find out once you get there, not spoiling anything). Love the free choice of unlocking what weapons suits us best. Personally I always went for larger shots and piercing bullets. Just sucks once you reach final boss, I can't find any means of going back to unlock all guns. Simply stuck with a checkpoint right at the last fight.

Simplistic and kinda repetitive, but quite fun and visually pleasing. If you into this genre and good at it, the game will also be quite short without any reason to play again after full completion.

I don't like bullet hell games, and I don't usually play them. Wildcat Gun Machine is an exception. I saw the badass female character and wanted to try it. It is safe to say that this is one of the most forgiving bullet hell games I've ever played. I'm not expert at this genre. If I can beat this game under 5 hours, I'm sure everyone can. First of all, the art style is fantastic. Just look at the screenshots on the store page, and you'll know what I mean. Every enemy is unique and different from each other. There are no lazy pallet swaps or color changed enemies here. Also, the protagonist's in-game sprite looks so cute. Secondly, this is not one of those lazy procedural generation roguelike games. Every room is hand crafted and carefully designed. I want to thank the devs for this. Dear devs, I'm sending a HUGE THANKS from the bottom of my heart. The more you progress, the more weapons you unlock. When you kill enemies and defeat bosses you gain bones. With these bones you can buy upgrades or new weapons. Weapon variety is superb. Both one handed weapons which have infinite ammo and special weapons which require ammunition. Laser rifles, cannons, shotguns, flamethrowers and BFG. Yes, this game includes a BFG, and I think it deserves a positive rating just for that. Overall, it is a fun game. The art style is eye catching and gameplay is satisfying. I recommend Wildcat Gun Machine to everyone. Even if you don'T like the genre make sure you try it, you won't regret it.

I had a hard time enjoying this game, though i do think it is well made and beautiful. The issue I found is that the game is made for a specific type of person, the type that chooses the rogue character in RPG's. The type of character that enjoys waiting for critical hits rather than being overall powerful. specifically the only time you feel powerful in the game is when using the rare gun machine ability, which is charged every 3 minutes or so. that is also the only real power progression, as guns are more about changing shot pattern, than damage. i have never enjoyed a rouge class in an RPG, and i Can't enjoy this game for the same reasons. but if you do, this could be the game for you as it is very polished.

Oh god this game is bad. They tried to rip off gungeon but just copy and pasted content over 3 acts. Most of the enemies and bosses are samey. A roguelite amateur can probably beat this in a single run. And god help you if you need to do a re-run because this game is boooring for a twin stick, fast paced game. There are lots of quirks that will lead to unnecessary damage ticks, like getting stuck on doorways. Oh yeah, and no invincibility window on hit, yet you can easily get multi hit to death in a nanosecond. You can cheese the respawns by backtracking. Oy, cannot wait to uninstall. 3 gaming sessions and done with this POS.

I am really sorry, but i can not recomend this game. I played enter the gungeon a lot and compared to this game it is bad. The music is awful. The variety of the enemys and the movement are sad. There is no real variety in the guns and the level design. The 3-4 times i died, it was because i got stuck at something and couldnt move anymore. There is no explanation, no dialog, no story behind wildcat gun mashine. you just run through tube levels kill the same enemys with the same guns over and over again to annoying music.

A small, fine twin-stick shooter. The game has a good progression system, but more importantly, buttery smooth controls. Very nice with a game controller.

Really enjoyed this game! The areas where this game really shines is in the art style and the boss fights. The difficulty curve gets pretty steep in the later levels, but the feeling of clearing a room and being able to progress, or, killing a boss is pretty great. If you're a fan of twin stick shooters and bullet hell games, i'd say give it a go (Act 2 is where things start getting a little tricky).

at the moment of writing i wont recommend it. the game looks nice, plays okay, music good, the guns feels lack luster no idea if i hit or not gluck gluck thats about it. just collecting keys till you have all of them and move on. i have no clue what i am doing so maybe that is my fault. bullet hell not really everything so far is on the easier side. well it is relaxing. arrows or something so u can see where the enemies are outside of your vision. had already enemies stuck behind a wall and was searching for them. the biggest issue is just the sounds of the action, gun feel and impact. and let the enemy live abit reacting to you hitting them. i dont know . for anyone reading this have a nice day :)
