Finished the game in 6 hours. Story is good, only the end was not satisfying felt a bit meh

There is a part in the game with strobe lights effect that hurt my eyes and gave me a headache. I don't recommend it especially if you have epilepsy. Other than that, the story is confusing and the game mechanics are not great. It's kind of buggy, but it was a short story so you don't have to bear with it too long. I finished it at 3.9 hrs apparently. One of the most frustrating parts of the game is when you have to take photos and the camera has to be at an exact position for it to work. I was very frustrated when I got stuck a few times despite having the correct spot for the camera, just not exactly where it wanted it. There is also autopsy only mode if you don't care much for the story part of it.

Superb what a fantastic game like a episode of csi at your fingertips. Came here from the mortuary assistant and must admit this was really good story mode. Not sure what all the negative comments are about as i thought this was a great experience all round. Last time i had this much fun doing autopsies was black death as a plague doctor. Dont eat while playing though lol and just remember to watch autopsy of jane doe at the same time movie wise. Thanks to the devs outstanding and thanks to team 17 i supported you from the amiga era ................oh my god i didnt realise martyn has passed :( so sorry and so very sad.

My feelings about this game are complicated because I really, REALLY, wanted to love it. As it currently is, it's a great concept that needs a LOT of work before it's a good simulator. The story mode is anti-climatic but the autopsies are more interesting than the ones in autopsy only mode. I was looking forward to autopsy only mode but found it to be a major let down. There are very limited causes of death. For example, many patients exhibit signs of a stroke but that's not an option. I just had a patient that seemed to have passed away from a kidney issue or an issue related to his diabetes. Still not options. This work be more fun if there was simply more too it. If future updates make the game more enjoyable, I will update my review.

I am having fun with the game. Only issue I have noticed is a couple misspelled words in the dialogue, but I can overlook that. Only thing that I noticed that is getting redundant is taking your pills.

Could be more tasks to do in Autopsy Only Mode but I still really enjoy this game. It's gotten better and better with each update.
