I only played it for a couple of minutes so far, but I wanted to give some feedback for the developer,
I like it as a casual-type of game you could play if got some minutes to spare and don't have anything else to do really.
It's a basic triple-triad-type card game. I like the voice acting at the start and that there is some type of lore (It's nice to have that and there is a bit of work put into it, even if it isn't really necessary for this type of game in my opinion).
There are some negatives I had tho.
The first minor one is that I'd love to have settings to adjust the audio. It's not that big of a problem since I can turn the audio down in my operating system.
The second negative thing I have is that the game started to lag very badly. It may not be the fault of the developer and more of the engine used or maybe even a problem of my hardware/processes.
But it's a neat little game, achievements are super easy to get if you want those. I also like the idea that you can actually loose your cards from battles.

You start off as Nyanco, a cat girl who somehow got transported to the realm of Touhou's Gensokyo, where only to find out that there is no way to re-open a portal back home. Thus it seems much of Gensokyo has taken to a liking of a numbers based card game addiction. And it is Nyanco who must meet many of these touhou characters to claim badges and eventually keep a promise.
Gameplay
The game is primarily card related which is much like an old fashioned style of card dueling against other characters and the winner gets to pick out one of the losing sides cards. Whats interesting about the system is the opponet has their own form of inventory as much as the player does which means they can also use your own cards they won from you against you in consecutive duels unless of course you win it back or even take another one of their rarer cards :3
This is a relatively fair system as the player is also able to do the same with opponets, therefore there are no player buffs towards ai, nor ai buffs against the player. Everyone in the realm is made equal
Talking about the card game itself, the goal of it is to try and flip or capture as many cards on the field as possible, you and your opponet start with 5 cards to choose from your deck before every duel. there are nine slots on the field and with each card are 4 numbers. upper, left, right, lower.
for example if the upper number beats the above opponet card lower number, it gets captured. if its the same then nothing occurs, same if its higher. so the primary goal is to get numbers to outperform the opponets other ones and eventually to capture as many cards by the time the board fills full, the game ends once it is.
there are exclusions to the combo system, imo i do feel the combo flip system could've been explained a little better for when same numbers defeating another applies which is how you end up capturing one right after another of capturing a prior one. it has something to do with where numbers add up to another to consistently flip others to your side but due to how paced the gameplay is, rather confusing to know what may work or not. im sure it takes some learning in the regard but maybe a tutorial tip for it may be helpful for newcomers
What is explained best though is should you place a card in between multiple opponets and each corresponding number outdoes theirs then you capture all around that it outperforms.
Another little thing to notice is the rarity system, much like the majority of card games theres ones that range from common, uncommon, rare, ultra rare. there might be a legend type card or two but havent seen one yet but wouldn't be surprised if it was one with high numbers on all adjacent sides much like mokou only higher
conclusion
Since theres not to much to say overall considering its a short game, its definitely rather fun and enjoyable for what its worth, with every character you talk to can also obtain some little description info of each one as well as what their primary traits or lore is in a lesser detailed form. In terms of the game in general think it wouldn't be bad to include a little more descriptions per character but at the same time the primary focus is on the card game and figuring out different ways to place cards that shall ensure a heroic victory at the end of each one
For harder challenges aside from ng+, there are event related duels near the upper left of the map you can try out which are likely some of the stronger cards you could acquire if not in the base stuff as it is
Lastly for anyone interested in a short yet enjoyable card game with a minor learning curve, can see that you can find the addiction much like how the characters got addicted to the new card game going around even if only for a short time

The game does not currently explain the rules for combos AT ALL. See screenshot:

I was first move and placed the card at middle top. Opponent placed right top, causing some kind of "plus" combo flipping my card. According to the instructions (which scroll by so fast you'll have to read it twice) a plus combo is "When the total number of adjacent cards is the same". Well as can be clearly seen in the screenshot the total number of these adjacent cards is not the same with my card having a higher total number. EDIT: Even the devs cannot properly explain how this is supposed to work, while simultaneously claiming it's explained in the tutorial (it's not, not at all). If the devs add a detailed explanation of how the combos work, let me know and I'll edit this review.
It's made in rpg maker and they couldn't be bothered to use a script to remove the superfluous menus like items, skills, equipment, and stats.
Grammar and spelling mistakes which is par for the course of rpgm games.
I know nothing of Touhou or Nyanco, I just like Triple Triad, so the "story" seems to rely heavily on knowledge of these subjects.
You can't save anywhere even though it's a setting they can enable, and must instead find the right npc to save. There's no reason for this.
No mouse control, you must use the keyboard.
I've always hated the enemy having their cards hidden from view. It only makes the first few battles hard until you memorize their cards then it becomes pointless. Just let us always see what cards they have. It also removes all doubt of potential ai cheats.

This game is in Early access still so i'll reserve final judgement for a later date but as it stands this is a really fun card game based in the touhou universe.

Reasonably fun, casual Triple Triad clone with a janky RPGMaker UI that doesn't really get in the way. On sale, it's cheap enough to be a quick casual game to play when you have to kill a few minutes. Almost all the characters are from Touhou, and the art is nice. They each have short biographies if you're interested in brushing up on the lore.
Even after beating it, you can start over to try winning again with minimal/no losses.
It's a little silly that you lose a card for losing a match, because you can just save in front of people before fighting them and reload the save if you lose.
The AI is brutally good at taking advantage of the special rules "Plus" and "Same" from Triple Triad, and those rules are active in every match. This used to be unreasonable and annoying, but the Nyanco Channel people incorporated my feedback and allowed the player to see all of the opponent's cards. This allows you to actually strategize and, with experience, prevent the opponent from triggering massive combos. It's fun to identify what you can lose to, and avoid making those moves while still securing enough of a lead to win.
