A quick and fun indie strategy game.
The core gameplay loop involves converting different resources into each other, in a very simple and streamlined manner with no fancy graphics or micromanaging, which was exactly what I was looking for at the time I discovered this game. Basically you have a limited amount of actions that convert your resources via known rules into others, and can take one of them per turn.
The different playable factions have different goals, that need to be fulfilled in a set amount of turns, so your goal is to be efficient in the actions you take and find a sensible way to fulfill that goal. A single run is fairly short and can be done in 30 minutes to a bit above an hour.
Some faction goals are harder than others, or require thinking about how you approach them, but I had fun completing all of them.
The presentation is very indie, so dont expect too much in the way of graphics or rewarding messages. I liked the worldbuilding, which was kept a bit vague in some points, but had just enough to get my own imagination going about the places described, even though I mostly don't care that much about these things in my indie strategy games.
All in all I consider this game a very good find and buy for myself.

A compelling distillation of a 4x game. Lore of the world is pretty nice too. A very fun, fast 4x game once you get the hang of it. Very fun
