This game makes me unreasonably angry. I attempted to play peacefully and in all the games I've played, the AI is ALWAYS the one to start the war. The breaking point was playing with a friend and the Pacific starts the war and I lose because the overly aggressive and poorly designed AI always targets a player instead of another potentially weaker AI. I don't recommend this game and I don't believe that I will be playing it more in the future without the AI being tweaked or being redesigned.

"I just need enough more nukes than my enemies". "I just need to take out their counter attack capabilities". "I just need to shoot down their ICMBs". Every time I start a game I am fully convinced that THIS TIME I'll be able to win nuclear war but in the end there is no winning, everyone dies every time.
10/10 best game to develop existential dread over the possibiltiy nuclear warfare!
For the more useful review: The game took me maybe 30 minutes to pick up, everything is explained very well, it loads in less than 2 seconds and I've not encountered any bugs or glitches

i bought it because it seemed different than other RTS. i don't like it because it is different than other RTS.
here's my main objection: the game is about blowing up milloins of innocent people. yet the gameplay is as dry as can be. tiny little missles are fired, and it dies by simply fading out. the game absolutely wants to insulate you from the outcome of your actions (killing millions of people).
I suppose this game would look right at THE WAR ROOM underneith the mountain, but it's not a thing for casuals
to it's credit, you can play very slow speed to start, to learn the game more easily.bravo.
