What is this game? Where is this game? Can I play this game? Can you play this game? Is there an answer? What first appears to be a very bizarre, very cool bullet hell ends up as an incredibly rewarding and thought provoking experience. With a very engaging deep story, Pandara explores many ideas, including Black and White thinking, and the old world vs the new in a world of grey. Few games I've played have had such an impactful story, and I certainly didn't expect this in a shmup of all places. A little rough around the technical edges but for the price this game is more than worth it. Open Pandara's box and see what is inside...

leimonZ's games are pretty charming. This one is no different. Pandara is about Pandas that decide to rebel against an emperor in hopes of shining the world with color once more.

For its asking price this game is pretty meaty! It has fun and varied stage design! This game is easy. Very easy. But it's pretty complex too so it's a great game to learn the advanced shmup techniques like tap dodging and point blanking! The game's story mode has the stages divided on each other, which makes the story mode feels nice to play casually, on and off. The game also provides a traditional arcade mode, where you play the story mode stages back to back. And the most important thing of all: It has Replay feature! Way 01 is the 1st loop and Way 02 and 03 are 2nd loops, but 03 is harder with the enemies. Not the case for the bosses compared to Way 02, though. Way 04 is Boss Rush. So the arcade mode provides a plenty amount of content also. It's not the most exciting or butt kicking shmup around, but I can at least guarantee it's hard to go wrong with Pandara.
