PEAK ROMANCE GAME!!

I highly recommend the game ～(へ^^)へ For a visual novel, I enjoyed all the heroine route and enjoyed piecing the stories from each route I really like Murasame and Yoshino route, so give it a try if you just want a simple visual novel or just starting out

My second ever Yuzusoft title and it did not dissapoint. A really cozy game with great CGDCT-esque character interactions and comedy. The setting is historic Japanese village so most outfits and designs have that traditional Japanese theme, and I found the ost to match really well too. Comedy wise a little funnier than the other title I've played (Sanoba Witch), mostly due to the other heroines not being sidelined as much and having a decent amount of character interactions (well, for most routes at least). The common route itself is funny but I didn't find the main overarching plot to be that interesting. The real pull of the game were the heroines, as I found all of the main heroines' routes to be cute or emotional in their own way. Of course the plot itself is still serviceable and some routes that focus more on the plot were honestly pretty interesting too. The pacing is okay. Some parts of the heroine routes may drag out a little but I didn't think the routes themselves were too badly paced. It really is a turn-off-your-brain kind of visual novel you play to follow a simple story and see some cute moments. The quality is again a standout for Yuzusoft titles. This game has a flowchart menu which I hadn't encountered before but now find very hard to live without. That and the multitude of other QoL hotkeys made it difficult for me to get used to playing other visual novels without those features. Also, Mako and Murasame are both best girl (can't decide who's better).

Rating for these characters and their routes (excluding Bonus Routes): Mako = A + B Yoshino = B + B Lena = A + S Murasame = S + S The routes this game offers are very wholesome but I think my best one yet was Murasame's route so you should read her last if you want to finish this visual novel with her. Lena's route features extensive lore building about the Hoori and the Curse so you can go to her route if you want to learn more about the lore. A big plus to recommend this game to you especially if you're new to visual novels!
