Mastepiece with flaws 7,5/10 or 8/10 the story is intresting and well made if you like Fire emblem or any other turnbased game you will enjoy this one absolute fantastic VAs the artstyle is good. music is good and the vocal ones are way to good. for 18-25$ you get lot out of it ------ sometimes small performance hicups for very short moment wish some characters had more screentime but they got their job done for what they were intended would say some levels have a chance of softlocking/hardlocking wich means you have to redo the level imo 2 missions had a bad diffeculty spike but nothing that makes them impossible (there is one of them did) ------ Tinder/kindle waiting room GFL 2 x RC bakery waiting room really wonder what MICA team has planned for the future

A very unique strategy rpg where you need to be crafty with items and consumables to progress. The story is also engaging even though the english translation is a bit on the rough side.

Incredible tactical game with a good, pretty dark story, cool sountrack, couple of great songs (Spira is my fav), nice characters and overall feel of being well-made. I didn't have too much of an expectations after initially looking at the screenshots, but reality turned out to be way better. It is incredible, how much you can achieve with chibi-sprites applying enough dedication and skill. Also even on Normal mode some missions are tough and you'll have to actually think your way through, not just go yolo. Those who played Girls Frontline 1 (and plays 2) will also find a bunch of references and see some familiar faces, which is neat.

Three hours in and the game plays more like a puzzle game pretending to be a TRPG. It's very simple, very little room for choice, and there's typically one "right" way to do each mission. Does it get better? Maybe, but I feel like three hours is a long time to hold the player's hand in this sort of game.

I don't find myself getting irritated over games in general, especially when it comes to story type games of worlds that i find entertaining and would like to know more about. Atleast that has been the norm for now, i like the story of GFL universe in general and bought this game in good faith. It is a well made product that unfortunately isn't a tactical game, but a repetition of find the 1 way the mission can be solved. There is 1 way to solve it, everything meticulously put together to allow almost absolutely nothing but that while using everything in your arsenal. While being hopelessly outmatched, outgunned and in the case of challenge difficulty also artificially debuffed so that if you fight something it survives most things with SINGLE DIGIT HP. It has very little to do with the traditional or rather any type of strategy, it is a pure stealth game and every mission that's not stealth is pure torture on Challenge mode. Everything wants you dead, everything has more accuracy than you, your guns are worse than those of hostile units, you have less range, you cannot get in position and fire while the opponent can shoot you 3 times while moving twice as much. I've played very many games in my time and generally speaking i find difficult things fun and strategic squad games entertaining. There is however a very big difference between something that's difficult by providing players with different approaches and actual choices or finding the 1 sequence that works by design. It really is a shame that it's just nothing else than a boringbin simulation that derives you of any individual interaction with the content. There's no skill required, you solve it once and then there's nothing left to improve because the answer will remain the same. Just an utter disappointment.

One of the best SRPGs / Tactics games out there. It's criminal that this game is relatively unknown, despite its quality. The game has less customizability than other contemporaries in the genre, so that they can achieve tighter level design and tactical challenges. There's a lot more to go into (which I might add later), but it's a great tactics game that can also be very challenging if you want it to be.

Easily one of the most difficult turn based strategy games I've played. At this point in my playthrough I'd recommend.
