meh not my cup of tea (it's aight if you're looking for a game like Limbo, although the vibe is different)
Looks like it could be something special, but ends up torturing you with obnoxious puzzles.
I love me some puzzle games, but some of them lack variety and fail to keep me interested. This one didn't bring me nearly as much joy as something like The Last Campfire, Chants of Sennaar or the visual novels or JRPGs with detective/puzzle elements that I'd played in the past.
Sure, I guess it's more appropriate to compare this game to Limbo/Inside, since it focuses solely on completing the puzzles and moving on to the next ones, and yeah, if you are into those games. this one is pretty similar and maybe you'll like it if you liked those.
I'm just not into this specific sub-genre(?) I guess?.. I also hated Trine for its repetitiveness, so take my opinion with a grain of salt (since that game is actually loved by the everyone except me)
It's ok, but there are such phenomenal puzzle games/detective visual novels with puzzle mini-games out there, - I would for sure recommend those types of puzzles over the Limbo-eque bunch that while looking good and providing the tricky challenges, fail to impress me as much as the ones that reward you with more diversity and immersive world-building that makes you care and remember about the game after you're done with it.

Very boring and stuffy. Better to replay Limbo, Inside, Little Nightmare again

the art is beautiful. switching between shadow and human is super well done, the narration is top tier and the puzzles were really fun.
the base of the game is there and it's perfect and i have nothing to complain about. the gameplay loop and ambience are really well done.
on the negative side, however, i didn’t connect much with the story or character emotionally, which is sad because i wanted to. i usually love when a story sticks with me. this one didn’t. it kind of felt like it was trying too hard and ended up not leaving much of a mark.
still, the vibe is dark in a cozy way, and controlling both characters with different mechanics was really cool. i felt satisfied by the end, just not moved.
i'd recommend it to puzzle platformer lovers or people who enjoy atmospheric games. maybe you'll connect with the story more than i did.

Emotional story, very touching words. Loved the atmosphere and the gameplay mechanics. Some puzzles are harder than others, so it is challenging sometimes, loved it

I was nervous at 1st not knowing where story was heading. I was immediately drawn in by the art & somber soundtrack. I didn't get bored with the puzzles. I played to 100% over an extended weekend. Perfectly short game that I truly enjoyed.
Relaxing,mental health journey

画面好看,剧情感人,玩法也很有巧思。有些谜题挺烧脑的(查了几次攻略😅),但还是停不下来。通关之后还有点意犹未尽。
A heartfelt journey brought to life with stunning visuals and thoughtful gameplay. The dialogue left a lasting impression, and even when the puzzles got tough (yes, I did check a walkthrough at times), I never felt like putting it down. It’s the kind of game that stays with you long after the credits roll.

It's a cute little short game, personally I loved the art style, the puzzles are not too hard and overall it was a very nice 5 hour experience. Also the music is just amazing and very dinamic, it complements the art style and gameplay masterfully.

It is not the greatest game of all times, but it does the job more than acceptably. I've completed it once and I'm looking for the stuff I missed. I definitly recommand it. I enjoyed the full playthrought and I recommand it even more on sale. Worth it.

Visually beautiful and I'm gutted I won't get to see the rest of the game, but the platforming 'puzzles' are hollow, arduous and not worth your time.
