Good story. Enjoyed the choice of main character which is missing from the others. At my reading/playing speed was the longest of the 3 and felt like it had the most variety/options/choices.

You're not warned that when you follow the quest(s) of your patron, it will end the game without giving you the chance to follow the other quests. There is a bug that in some playthroughs skips a chapter. I am disappointed with the amount and variety of choices given. It's too short.

Its not a bad game, runs fine on my 8 yr old Potato, Has many choices and its still is some what interesting.. The ending i got was a bit abrupt but the game can be played many times differently. It feels like a Vampire The Masquerade game. Worth it.

The story is alright but boy does the implementation of disciplines, feeding and diverging branches suck. You don't have a clear idea of what your blood levels are or have an active option to go feed to fix it, nor what the time frames are for missions - compare this with the mechanically much better VN Werewolf game "Heart of the Forest". Buy VtM Swansong on sale instead.

This isn't really worth the money or time put into it. It plays like a "choice of games" interactive novel, but with a visual novel interface, and less overall quality.

Outside of the excellent art style, sound/music design, and general WoD vibes, the story is...okay-ish at best and disappointing at worst. While playing, you feel like multiple plotlines are being set up and leading up to something interesting and cool, only to find out this is not the case. I will not spoil anything, but keep your expectations low when it comes to the overall story. I would say that the game would not be worth more than 5 euros, so instead of buying it for 20, wait for a discount to buy it instead of full price.

I would recommend this ONLY if you are interested in Vampire: The Masquerade and want to delve into its lore a bit from a neonate's point of view. For a first taste of the RPG, it's fine. I love the whole urban horror and World of Darkness vibe, and it's somewhat satiated my appetite. Plus the fact that it comes with a dictionary for the terminology is great for someone new. BUT. If you're looking for a game/visual novel where your decisions carry weight and there's replayability, turn around; you won't find it here. There are three clans to choose from, and the only thing that changes is the slight flavor of some dialogue at certain points. The rest, once seen for the first time, can be skipped with the CTRL key at maximum speed; it's irrelevant. The only reason to replay it would be to see the end of some sidequests or completing the storyline of one of the 4 companions available to unlock, and even then this barely has any impact on the end of the game in the slightest except for some flavor again. So, that's it, a good start for a newbie to Vampire The Masquerade, a relatively interesting story that more or less shows us how Kindred society works, but it feels more like a book accompanied by art (beautiful, it must be said), with 0 replayability or variations based on decisions.
