This a well made Rotoscopic game, inspired by good old grid-based movement system titles, such as Flashback, Prince of Persia, Blackthorne and Another World (also known as Out of this World). While some people find this kind of movement less dynamic than what you'd find in non-grid-based movement system games, for those who like the Prince of Persia style it's a very good game and worth playing. I personally really enjoyed it. The story is good and you learn more about it throughout your way, by reading signs and speaking to other characters, and the music is also very nice and adds a lot to the overall gameplay experience. I played the demo when it was first published and remember that you couldn't customize the controls, and that other reviewers didn't like it and said that it would be nice if we could. I was glad to find that the author listened to this and made the customize controls possible. Overall, the game is quite fun to play, where some parts are a little tricky to solve than others, but in general it doesn't feel like you're not progressing and getting stuck, and I was able to finish it in about 1-2 days. I like the auto checkpoint feature, though the final Boss could have another checkpoint between its 2 fighting phases, so if you fail to defeat it in the second phase you don't end up having to go through the first phase over and over again... Another nitpick is when accessing doors - you have to use one of the action keys to enter them where I think that just hitting 'Up' would have been a better design. Besides these, it's a fantastic game and I highly recommend it.
