I realize that they are not AAA but I love Kemco rpgs - they are well made and polished - it is so nice not to have to start another 100 hour epic - wish they had more bundles!!!!

This was a fun mid-sized JRPG designed to appeal to enjoyers of classic SNES era RPGs. The story is fun and features all the old tropes one would expect from this type of game. The character designs are nice and the enemy battlers look great. This is definitely a game that favors grinding though the auto-combat feature can help to quickly power through the easy enemies so the player can focus on the tougher boss battles.

This game is tons of fun. I don’t remember the last time a game made me laugh so much. I bought it because I wanted a classic turn-based RPG game with nice art and good story. It has all that and more.
So, here are the good points.
The art is great. The Celestials are the best-looking characters ever.
The story is great and shines even through the bad translation.
Lots of humor. The MC and other human warriors are the “brawn no brain” type and that leads to hilarious dialogues. Celestials are on a different level, they crack jokes intentionally. I loved Ishbel’s insolent sarcasm and Siegfried’s morbid jokes. Unfortunately, we only get about 40% of it, the rest is lost in the translation and the only way you could guess there was a joke is because the dialogue looks particularly awkward. Still, enough come through to make you laugh.
Characters. Again, they are on two different levels. Humans are very cliché, nothing to say about them. Celestials are intriguing, they have complex past stories and relationships that the main story only hints on. Wish I could know more.
Autobattler!
It’s epic. It starts as a standard plot with the kids as main characters, but before you even get to the mid-game, you start recruiting the godlike Tetrarchs into your party. Next thing you know, you play with demi-god characters with abilities on par with their high stats. Yeah, I know, it’s all balanced and the enemies can thwart their efforts, but I don’t care, I just love to see Siegfrid use that insta-kill spell.
Not intentionally, translation bloopers make it hilarious. So do the outrageous stats. After they reached level 25, I found myself saying “my attack stat is WHAT now?” a lot. Really, when do you see your attack going over a thousand? It gets better, you have an achievement to do 3,000 in one blow. Once you do that, there is 10,000. Then 30,000. And yes, you can do all that. I couldn’t help laughing when I did it, it’s just so unusual, yet, so appropriate for having demi-gods in your party.
Well, there are cons. The translation is very uneven and seems to be done by at least two different people, if not more. The worst part is the skill descriptions. The person who translated it had no idea what increase and decrease mean. Do not trust the descriptions, just try the skill out and see what it really does. It’s simple enough to figure out.
It’s easy to learn and easy to play. Some people may see it as not enough challenge. I love to tinker with the party composition and equipment, so I loved it, but that’s your primary challenge. If you are looking for something else, you may be disappointed.
In conclusion, yes, do buy this.

The game is getting too frustrating to continue playing. After 54 hours I just can't take it anymore. The issue is that I get trapped in the game and then have to reset due to a development issue. The problem is that there is a huge resistance walking through narrow body-width paths like doorways, between tables or buildings. Sometimes I spend 10 minutes trying to get through when it should take 3 seconds.
Otherwise I find it a very fun game. It has a great story. Too bad I'm forced to give up for I would love to see the rest
