This game is a delight, really, with such great voice actors that even I have to play it on PT-BR! and I often don't like the dubs, truly a achivement and not bias. There's no need to mention the visuals, just look at them and you'll love them! Gameplay wise it's different enough to stand out a bit from other rogue-likes of simillar playstyle, the difficulty I would say relies more on RNG of the cards you'll be able to get than the actual bosses or enemies.
I promise I'll come back to finish this... hyperfixation has taken a hold of me for a long time.
