A pretty decent Tower Defense game mixed with Third Person hack 'n slash of sorts.

I enjoy the variety of traps and how you can formulate different strategies for defeating each wave. The main character is entertaining and funny, and it makes me smile how he reacts each time I clear a level. Overall, each level is distinct and are wonderful to replay. I look forward to continuing the series after I finish this one.

A fun casual gameplay experience right up until the last level where the game suddenly pulls out the bicycle with no seat. It is questionable whether this level is intended to be this hard or if the devs clocked out early to listen to unfunny Ryan Reynolds quips on repeat for the rest of the afternoon, but id have to guess its the latter due to the annoying weapon/trap select bug.
All in all, this is basically a mobile game that you will have fun with for two maybe three sittings and the price reflects that value.

It's a great meeting of third person shooter and tower defence. I'd recommend playing through the whole series starting with this one, and keep going if you keep enjoying them. I've earned every achievement in the past and am now back to play through again.

Second Best Tower Defense I've Played, Right After Plants Vs Zombies.
It still holds extremely well after 14 years, and it has everything you need for many hours of fun gameplay.
Get it on sale, and don't forget to buy the DLC expansion pack, you'll get 5 new levels, you won't regret it.

This is one of those games that I thought would be very stupid at the beginning, but once I played it I was hooked. The idea is very simple: Orcs come through different areas and are aiming to destroy your portal, you try and stop them with different traps and weapons of your own. There are different levels to play through with different difficulties to add to the challenge.
Overall the game is very simple, but incredibly fun to play. I would recommend especially with how often the base game goes on sale.
