HELL YEAH! I wish more shooters took this idea and made it a thing. The game IS FUN ASF. And the unique Vietnam setting makes this game stand OUT. 9/10 just wish i didn’t have to uninstall sometimes due to game crashing.

Sort of what I imagine a COD Vietnam would be, except without the Nikki Minaj trash and weapon skins. Plain ol' good FPS shooting. Great bot support too. Hope they make a modern and WW2 version of this. This foundation is peak for arcade-like historical shooters.

The single-player mode is just practice for the multiplayer mode. I wanted a single-player campaign, but this is Counterstrike in a Vietnam War-era setting. If that's the game you want, go for it. It is not the game I wanted.

I have had this game for a while, and only recently decided to play it. I'm not a Vietnam guy at all, but I love the Missing in Action movies. So if you like that crossed with Black ops 1, You're gonna love the feel and passion in this game. I also played with a few modern weapon mods... though cosmetic, it really does feel like CoD. Cons: -minor... like Controller weapon select.....cycling to a knife is a drag. but I'm a cod boy, so it is forgiven. - I would complain more, but this isnt Cod. As it is, it's great. I love the music and graphics as well. You guys should add a Modern weapons Skin Swap DLC just for kicks. I might actually consider making maps for this game. it feels that good. Yes it has airstrike lite. its awesome how its set up. you won't regret your purchase.

Military Conflict: Vietnam is a great game that deserve more attention. It feels like old CS 1.6, with CoD IV and WaW vibes, in the Vietnam war. This is an "arena shooter", and in the good way. The gunplay is intense and dynamic. The atmosphere immediately draws you in. There's a ton of weapons to play with, a bunch of playable maps that continues to grow (and some are reworked) and the best mods for hours in blood and sweat. While the game is still in AA, the devs constantly update it with cool stuff. They even added a Zombie mod wich is very fun and like the good old days of CoD. Don't expect jaw-dropping graphics, in fact, globally, they are very decent. The game is running on the Source Engine, but, those who have already played a game on it know that it can run on any machine just fine. Unfortunately, the game suffers from an (unfair) lack of players. But the AI is here to piss you off and it's pretty well coded enough to keep you entertained while you wait for other players to join. MC:V is packaged at a reasonable price. The only flaw in the game, as I said, is its lack of players. Let's us hope that this game gains popularity in the future. And, when I see that Dustfade continues to provide quality content for this game, I think we're on the right track.

Insanely well done work on this game. I know that every game is easy to garner controversy. Some people really didn't want them to devote to making a zombies game mode. But to me it is nice to see something feel like the 2010's before corporations starting ruining gaming with greed and buying incentives. This is just raw fun and it is awesome to see unique takes on an archaic genre.

The undoubtedly prettiest Source Engine Game you can find, not developed by Valve An unfortunate game that did not kick of so much in fame as it deserved after release, with players being scarce to find with little to no full servers, with most either playing at the weekends or at random times. A Vietnam War shooter set to play like Day of Defeat, with players from both North and South Vietnam pitched against each other in either a Team versus Team scenario or a Free for All, where the objective is to come as the top as the most valuable and efficient player. Time to kill is an average for Source games, by that a rewarding experience. A crazy amount of weapons for both the South and North Vietnamese factions, even outlasting Rising Storm 2 by a long shot, which will undoubtedly satisfy a lot in the long run. I would have suggested this, but due to the lack of players it is hard to get the proper experience to feel the game, thus i would only suggest to either wait til a kick of players happen for the game. Overall a enjoying experience, would play if you are a fan of Day of Defeat or have played Rising Storm 2.

More weapons than you would think. Great animations, crunchy sounds, butter smooth controls and fast game play. Gives me O.G. Modern Warfare 2/ Black Ops 1 vibes constantly. MP maps feel balance and some of them fucking slap. It's CRIMINALLY underplayed. Seriously, if you are looking for those old BLOPs gameplay vibes, they are here. Can't wait to see what is next from this dev.

Compared to other PvP shooters, this one is pretty grounded. Can be played with singleplayer bots that have different difficulties. Feels like it is back in 2010, before all the DLC character nonsense and heroes. Handful of game modes and team based weapons. I firmly believe this should absolutely be the standard.

This game feels like a modern version of Day of Defeat. Movement is smooth, and the gunplay is so modern and satisfying that it's hard to believe it was made in Source. Only small details [spoiler]like the game freezing when changing graphical settings[/spoiler] give that away. It's still in development and receiving regular updates. There’s already a progression system (without unlocks, but still something to work toward) and fun modes like Zombies or Gun Game (which, thanks to the hefty arsenal, feels especially satisfying here) Unfortunately, the player base is small. On a good day, you might find one or two active servers. But trust me, those lobbies feel like the most authentic 2009 CoD experience you’ll ever get. Still, it’s enjoyable even with bots, and the good news is that you can earn progression with them too. It would be great to see more objective focused modes and unlockable cosmetics in the future. This game deserves far more attention than yet another yearly Call of Slop 10. Worth trying. [spoiler]Also you can befriend chickens, what a peak 🖐️😬🤚[/spoiler]
