Lose all balls in the tutorial.
Destroy all other bricks in a level BEFORE hitting more than 5 fairy bricks.
Lose the Superball power-up without hitting anything.
Lose more balls than what you start out with and still complete the level.
Activate the Lockup hazard without locking up any green bricks.
Use the Speed Reset power up to slow down a ball at maximum speed.
