Talk to the old man at the cave and accept his side-quest.

Visit the Volcanic Island.

Collect a Rotten Banana. Please don't eat it.

Collect the yellow rock. It doesn't taste good. (For the love of God, please don't eat it, especially in real life.)

It's not an extra life, but you can heal yourself now.

Blow up the entrance to the cave.

It's pretty hard to die in this game, so here's a reward for sucking, I guess.
