This game is gold in many ways, but also a rock in the shoe at the same time. For people who enjoy a mental challenge, solving puzzles by thinking through them and especially trying to remember where you’ve seen something that might be useful — this game is for you. The beauty of this game is: there are no yellow markers anywhere, minimal hints on what to do, so it’s time-consuming and requires a lot of brain work. In other words, if you don’t like that kind of stuff, just stay away. Another bonus is a creative story, filled with scientific and sci-fi elements. If you pay attention to the files and the main character, you’ll understand what’s going on. The story is cool but really easy to understand — so hardcore sci-fi fans, take it easy. The rock in the shoe is the combat system. It exists, but it’s not good. Honestly, it doesn’t even make sense most of the time. But it’s decent enough — the game doesn’t kill you just because the combat is broken or messy. It’s "kinda" functional. In any case, five people made this game, and considering the overall graphical quality, voice acting, and other elements, everything is pretty good. It’s a gold piece for players from the ’90s. The game gets even harder if you go for 100%, so it’s like ’90s difficulty x2. For me: hours of pure fun.
