It's very rare for me to dislike a game, but Effie really was a bad experience. Clunky movements, saves sometimes do not work, the game freezes and I have a performing computer that allows me to run smoothly the highest graphical settings on last gen games so this means it was poorly optimized. AI of mobs are a joke, the character do not lock onto enemies when attacking, the gliding on the shield is clunky making the time challenges difficult to nail, everything feels unpolished to a degree that made me stop mid game and just uninstall it. A complete waste of time, devoid of any love, a pathetic story to sprinkle everything on top with uncurated lore. For whoever wants to try this anyway, watch out when you enter rooms or towers because sometimes they are a huge trap set by developers that even though positioned some collectibles for you there, didn't think you would proceed onto that door in front of you and hence you fall within a tower without no escaping except reload a saved game that probably was 30 minutes before forcing you to redo everything. Pay it the amount of a coffee and that's it if you really want to waste your time.
