Hrot Is bizarre yet competent boomer shooter, the levels are varied with a lot of great idea or gimmick, guns are plenty and even if some are better then other (the submachine gun is the weakest when it comes to sound) they still are all good and fun to use ,enemies are a lot varied, with strength and weaknesses and pretty much all the awesome things of a good shooter are here, but man, this game is surely strange, especially from the second episode onward, strange levels, strange bosses, even strange but powerful guns. The only thing I would say it's not great it's the story, I mean I know boomer shooter are notorious to not have an elaborated story but here feels like totally missing the episodes feels like theu are disconnected from each other with each consecutive episode feel more like a fever dream, but with not story attached feeling all of this a little bit random and with our a purpose, I know that this genre has not the best track record for deep stories but there are some that make at least some sense like dusk or wrath aeon of ruins, a missed opportunity in my opinion. In the end the game is good and fun I would recommend it.
