Use your dogs to find five people buried under debris.

Send the dog to chase away a snake.

Use the pump to drain a flooded area.

Wait until five houses are on fire. (Do not try this at home!)

Retrieve the cargo delivered by train.

Use the boat to transport someone from one bank to another.

Build a fire station and then put out any fire.

Receive the message about failing a mission. Better luck next time!
