great idea but one of the most frustrating and pointles game, seriusly, the conquest mode is one of the dumbest conquest i ever saw, the building are so OP, you have to spam anything for trying to take pne building down, you can literally fortified yourself as much as you can and let the game go for ever

Well, you most likely know what this game's about now, so I'll simply tell you about a playthrough of mine:
-started an easy (or medium, can't remember) game on a middle sized map
-i start by trying to conquer my western neighbour, failing miserably
-make more ships
-notice that an eastern kingdom is expanding quickly
-ignore it
-bump up my defences
-the eastern kingdom conquers everything to the east of me, and a large chunck of the south. How i managed to not notice that is beyond me. But my western neighbour was my priority, fucking bastard, stealing my sheep.
-the remaining southern kingdoms make an alliance
-the eastern empire has a change of regime, or a mass revolution, i'm not sure, while i speed up the game X3
-right after that, the new empire allies itself with the southern confederation
-i suddenly have to change pants
-in desperation, i finally manage to conquer my neighbour
-i build a superweapon fortress in my first city
-the confederacy-empire alliance stops being such and becomes a full-fledged united nation
-fuck
-they attack my first city
-my super fortress stops them for a second, but then one of their ships goes behind the fortress, where i didn't put many defenses, and blasts it to hell with a death ray
-i retreat to the only city free of the New Supreme Empire's regime
-I build a better super fortress
-Annoyed, i send my one remaining ship, which has literally cheat armor, the armor of god, to conquer back what was once my capital
-I do it
-I begin making new ships
-Suddenly, mechanical abominations appear near my city
-I attack them
-i immediately regret my decision
-my cheat ship gets stuck with their flagship, and nobody really wins, surprisingly
-i begin building a new super fortress in my capital
-before that happens i'm attacked by three titan walkers
-they somehow destroy my supposedly invulnerable ship
-i prepare for an epic last stand
-game crashes
Would get rekt again 12/10

unluckily, the strategy and the shipbuilding in this game is useless. it seems that spamming the cheapest land units, with just a cannon and small stocks, is the best way to beat the game. Making module placments and so on just useless.
the shape is useless, module placment is useless, and 2 smal ships with 2 cannons will perform the same, if not slightly better than 1 bigger ship with 4 cannons.
Some modules, like the infirmary, never seem to work.

Devo dire che è un gioco che mi ha genuinamente sorpreso.
Airships possiede una enorme versatilità permettendoti di creare le tue navi e i tuoi veicoli come più preferisci con un sistema di customizzazione molto accurato.
In più, come ogni buon gioco possiede anche il Workshop che permette a non ingegneri come me di avere acceso a navi più complesse.

This game is a like a drug, you pick it up one day and the next you are optimizing you airships and spending 5 hours on the campaign to erase every other faction, i love it

The style and the vibe of this game are truly impeccable.
Crafting your own war machines and sending them off to conquer the skies, while managing your armies and diplomatic treaties creates a well-balanced gameplay loop.
What really shines for me the most, is the incredibly vast array of options available when designing your creations. Engaging and stimulating, verily.
And with the diplomacy update, the tactical (and role-play) aspect of the game was greatly improved.
One of a kind.
