Third installment of the series, Under a Killing Moon is a very nice adventure game sets in 2042, after World War III, in the area of what used to be San Francisco. A lot of talking, informations, objects and locations, and again multiple choice responses give to Tex Murphy: Under a Killing Moon a big step forward compared to the previous two games of the series. The variety of puzzles is good and there's a new interface (a new one, again? LOL) that requires a little bit of practice... Personally, I really hate it from the start to the end of the game, but hey that's just my two cents! The travel button helps me a lot, but the most important aspect of the game is: it is a BIG GAME and very well delivered adventure game! Unlike its predecessor, Under a Killing Moon requested a lot of money for development and comes on four CD's, and this in 1994 was not common; at that time it requires powerful video card and it also boasts full motion video with live Hollywood actors. Graphics are very good, sound excellent and music is perfect in every game situation. Try it!
