Yomi is, probably, the most elegant card game ever.
Despite planting its roots in the most basic Rock-Paper-Scissors mechanics, Yomi is a game of skill, where the better player usually prevails, but also giving a chance to the underdog to rise.
In Yomi you can pick one out of 20 (10 in the base pack + 10 in the expansion) characters with their own pre-built decks: this means that all the player is asked to do is to pick between one (or multiple) of them and master it, learn its inside outs and what your character does against every other character. Most importantly, you'll need to start to "yomi", which is fighting game lingo for "read", your opponent, and find out what card they are going to play. After this, when you get to the higher levels, you'll start making your opponent believe they got you yomi'd and eventually exploit their belief to turn the tides.
You'll never know everything there is to know about Yomi, but you'll always be learning about this awesome game.
