So... I recommend this game for the fast pace, the interesting mechanics, the cool art style and the main idea (which I won't spoil), BUT... I think it is really really really too difficult. I strive to progress even at the lowest difficulty setting. Enemies are too many at once, too fast and way too precise. They don't miss a single shot! It is extremely difficult to avoid their projectiles if you're not sprinting, and guess what? You cannot sprint and shoot at the same time! That would be too easy, right? Also, the mechanic of regaining health by killing enemies with the chainsaw is practically useless. When they come too close there's almost no way to avoid being hit by them (unless you constantly backpedal, but this isn't always possible of course), and when hit you lose the same amount of health you would regain by killing them with the chainsaw. So, from the mathematical point of view, you don't make any progress. Briefly, I think this game is still way too unbalanced and too punishing. But it is undoubtedly promising, so I look forward future updates, hoping the devs will make their game a bit more accessible.
