Very very very nice, fun, and interesting game! I literally LOVE dinosaurs, and this is the first game I see which lets you manage and grow up your own personal raptor pack! I have almost no experience with management games, so I lowered the difficulty to the minimum in order to concentrate on sheer fun, and I had a great time! You basically have to gather resources (such as water, meat, and leafs for the hatchery) in order to keep your raptors well fed, well hydrated, and above all fertile, because yes, you can also grow up new dinosaurs, up to a maximum of 15 units. Your raptors can grow up and increase in size by eating meat (of course!), and as they grow up, they become more and more lethal, to the point that they can even afford to challenge a group of T-rexes! As you grind experience points, you can also unlock new perks which will dramatically increase the survival chances of your raptors. You can explore a pretty large map full of locations where you can hunt or drink, and each location is populated by its own fauna. In this game you can find not only dinosaurs, but also other well known prehistoric species, like the sabertooth tiger, terror birds, or even the dodo! The codex will give you interesting info on each species, so this game can also be educational for children. There is no gore, violence or scary scenes, so it is totally ok for kids. Furthermore, dinosaur models are very nice, cartoonish, and full of bright colors, so they are very enjoyable to look at. The game is still in active development, with new content being added regularly, so it will become more and more complex with time. I can't wait to see what will come next! So, overall, I totally recommend this game, not only to kids and dinosaur lovers, but also to hardcore players who are looking for a true challenge, because at higher difficulties this game can be very tough! You have to be very careful when considering how to spend your resources (including time itself!), because otherwise you will see your raptor pack wiped out in no time, like I did when I tried to play at standard difficulty!
