Tower of Guns est un jeu de tir à la première personne au rythme rapide pour le joueur twitch... avec quelques éléments aléatoires pour garder la fraîcheur à chaque passage. Il s'agit d'un FPS de courte durée, un peu comme Binding of Isaac mélangé à Doom 2. Tower of Guns a été créé par un certain Joe (avec son frère Mike pour la musique).
