This is a gem. I love it. But you have to know what it is, and what it is not. MangaKa is a home made tool. You don't have a one million dollars team behind you. If you are "just an artist", and want to know nothing about technics, forget it. You'll be disapointed. Hardly. There are bugs, and other stranges things you have to deal with. So, what is it good for ? MangaKa is good to create a 3D black and white environment. Manga style, of course. If you buy the complete bundle, you will have a bunch of already made objects easy to use, combine, and transform. And it is quite easy to search them into your library. Even if it could be beter on this last point, but it could be worst too. You need some creativity and imagination. But as for myself, I build from scratch the world I have in my head. Easely. Beter at that than other tool I tried. Unity, Daz Studio, Koikatsu... So, that is the good point. What is the bad one ? The bad one is the learning curve. MangaKa is build on a new user interface concept, and you have to learn it. At first, it's disturbing. Nothing work like in other tools. If like me you are used to menus, speed buttons, and other panels, you will be lost. At least, so I was for a few hours. I had to crawl the stuff to understand how it works, and how I can use it. I had the feeling it worth the time, but it was very frustrating. Nothing was working like I intuitivly thought. With time and efforts, I got out of this, but you have to know. MangaKa works a strange and specific way. It's not a bad way, but it's not the usual way. Beside that, you have all the little stuffs you can expect from a small tool, created by a nice guy. Mr Pekharn is adorable, and realy fast to help you, but of course, he can't rivalise with some big californian team. Also, MangaKa still under developmnent, and clearly it need time to become what it could be. I hope this help you to decide if it's what you need or not. NoirDelire
