Yandere story, but what real Yandere is : Creepy, scary, crazy, toxic and able to kill peoples without regret. Be warn, this game isn't soft at all. Also need to pick the NSFW patch. I don't say that just because of pervy stuff, but because censorship cut element eaning that you may wonder what happened without. Still can be ended quickly, but all end may require a soluce to pick all the right choice to get them. Hoppefully someone did it on community hub. Check the hub! On sale if you can but worth it's price.

Summarised: + Beautiful artwork as well as animated character's sprites and some scenes; + First quarter or so of the story is quite promissing, depicting depression and a socially alienated m.c. in quite the realistic manner; - At a certain point in the development - regardless of player choice -, the story derrails into quite a problematic direction that worsens the farther it goes; - Its depictions of mental ailments quickly downgrades into a reproduction of the "mentally ill people are ALL innevitable psychos" trope; - The latter half of the story requires too many logic leaps to keep the character's "developments" creidible; - Its character's "developments" feel like a tug of war where the devs couldn't make their minds on which direction to take them before reaching their respective resolutions; - Sudden game over screens where the story could very well have continued. SCORE: 3/10. In Detail: At first, with a solid depiction of severe depression and social alienation through its protagonist Sumire, this eroge seems to be quite promissing, going as far as to - during its development - having the sole love interest - Nazuna - show some equaly promissing depth through her characterisation and plotline. However, just when the plot begins to trully shine, with the way her company seems to help Sumire overcome her issues, everything gets flipped upside down. With an unavoidable and immersion breaking twist, this game goes from sensible and rather impressively tackling mentail ailments to playinginto the stereotypes and stigmas that anthagonise those who suffer from said issues, instead. Sumire turns into a caricature, having the realism of her ailment used more to enforce the whole social/psychopath yandere achtype. Gone are also Nazuna's sensibility and positive approach to Sumire, as she descends into the titular "girlfiend to be raised" role, regardless of how contradictory it is to her characterisation up that point, litteraly requiring some massive logic leaps to have such "development" make sense. Overall, it's a real shame that this game turned out so problematic, as its technnical traits and the first part of its story are rather special. Aye, it being an eroge does bring up the whole counter-argument that it never wis meant to be much sensible or of quality, yet again, that stigma - toards the genre - only exists exactly because of such problematic works as this one. Had this game's story treated its themes more respectfully and had it not blurred artistic freedom into unchecked indulgence, this game could have been trully memorable. But being so derailed as it is now, it can only be categorised as a "BIG NO NO".
