I loved it, I think that manpower should be higher than +6 every month, since greeks could muster forcers quite big agaisnt each other, normally between 5000/10.000.
One of the things I think should be interesting is that maybe each playable faction could have their own unique tech, lets say Sparta's majority tech should be military, while Athens trade and Naxos administration.
