You have to kill a cat in order to advance the story. I mean, the game have like four puzzles and one is killing an animal for no reason.
Also, not exactly a good queer representation: bisexual women cheating a man (I'm so sick of that prejudice), manipulative sapphic relationship and some sort of weird bury your g*ys.
I did enjoy the way the hate and sexism is depicted in the Doctor's letters. Also, I feel like the women head-"male" body is some kind of cool way to say "trans folks, you'll always be welcome among sapphics", but I don't know if that was actually the point.
