Nice, entertaining and very addictive manager - but unfortunately, there are a lot of bugs/glitches...
... about bugs:
Quite frequently, errors occur, e.g. using filters on the band search, sometimes the profiles are not visible. Now and then, the game crashes just for no reason. Also, everything is fine heaving set the currency on $, but using other currencies may cause errors... just to name a few problems (game runs on Windows 10).
All in all, I would consider the game state rather being a Beta than a finished game. But seemingly, the developers are still working on it!
... about gameplay:
You are the CEO or manager of a music label. You can manage a few bands or solo artists, have your own recording studio(s), hire staff to help you. Find new talents, help your bands/artists to become popular, make money and don't forget to care for your reputation!
I love the modding options! It's pretty easy to design your own music business environment.
There are no tutorials, but I also think they are not needed - just take a few minutes to explore the game if you are new to it.
As I trust in the developers to kill the existing bugs in the near future, I recommend the game.
