Tlatoani is promising, but...! ... It is weird to have a Workers mechanic with numbers almost completely unhooked from the pure fictional population number of your city. Explaining: it shows you 100/100 workers (in use/needed), meanwhile your fields cater a total population of 800. I do not get the difference, is the workers only adult male populace?! ... it is seriously missing a map editor, the random generator places lots of rock plateaus, by the time you razed these your funds or population go down, so pre-planning a large city and placing everything where it should be later is not possible. Start small, clean, raze, start over... ... you cannot pause buildings, so if you suddenly lack workers and one of your key industries stops running, you will lose more workers and ultimately (and fast) loose all you populace. You'd have to raze all buildings which are not necessary at that moment. ... You cannot set industries or building types to a higher priority - which means if your BUILDERS leave/starve, nothing will happen in your city anymore. ... The symmetry mechanic sucks because each single temple or shrine has to be catered for its very own symmetry. Building symmetric cities with temple alleys on two sides? Nah, each temple has bad symmetry! ... The range system for some service buildings sucks because: ... The Devs cleary had in mind that you should build an "organic" mix of farm houses and normal houses, mixed fields and gardens IN your city. You can see that in the premade cities in the tutorials. However, ANY other building game series teached us to build efficient mono-plant farms uncoupled from housing (!). This requires tons of service buildings because you need to stretch out. ... THE one function of Anno1800 im missing in any other builder games is COPY! Got your perfect standard housing block with all "need" buildings? Let me copy it where there is room!! Otherwise, Tlatoani is in the spirit of Sierras old city builders, and I hope it will mature a bit more and look into it (much) later again.

This is a good one, and after some updates and a manual it even will be better.
