Great indie game! I felt like I was placed into a 1st person version of “The Settlers” (I loved playing Settlers II in the 90s).
When the game is started, you are asked to choose the difficulty by the amount of starting money you’re given. Ballsy, I chose the lowest amount (you know, experience and stuff) and let’s just say I’m happy the villager’s disappointment didn’t lead to my crucifixion. Starting with enough money gives you the time and calm to build in peace that I was looking for in the beginning. In my 3rd round I started experimenting with roads, structuring my village and developing it into a striving city, since my first two attempts were kind of messy. Much better now! The overview is handy (just literally look at the back of your hands), and it’s fun building and expanding. If only those villagers wouldn’t need so much alcohol and tobacco, these greedy addicts!
Sure, there’s always potential to improve, but I see this as a benefit of indie games, being able to give suggestions to the developer that are impossible to do for triple A games. I’ll now check out the next update, let’s see what this will bring!

A cool game with relaxing background music. Perfect for switching off and escaping reality. Colorful design, not perfect everywhere, but incredibly well done. From the point at which the needs of the citizens increase, you really have to pay a bit of attention to satisfy them. Very well implemented with changing music and visual signals. I'm looking forward for many hours of fun :-)
